- As this is a custom product, we do not offer returns (please check your spa measurements carefully before purchase).
- Please ensure the measurements you provide are of the actual spa size and not an existing spa cover. The spa cover will be slightly larger to ensure the cover is not too tight. This can be up to a +20mm tolerance in the length & width.
- Spa covers are designed to keep the heat in and the dirt out. They are not intended for walking, laying down, jumping on, or similar activities as this is a serious hazard that will lead to serious injury.
- You must remove the spa cover for one hour after adding chemicals.
